Absolutely nothing. The motel was filthy. Mold on the exterior's overflowing. Mold spores pulling up the roof tiles, Dumpster behind the building had bags of trash and other objects over flowing into the parking lot.
The location was nice.

Love the rooms no carpet is a back porch they've got a fenced in area with ducks and geese it's really beautiful and quiet
Pay later reservation. Check in was easy and there was no fee for early check in and no security deposit. The room was cute. They were towels, bath mat, little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and a couple of small soaps. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. Family owned. The owners live on the property and it’s stated that they are available for any questions or problems 24 hours a day. 11:30 check out time. And a little brook or pond with a fence separating beautiful white noisy geese who squawked letting us know to keep our distance from them and mallard ducks.
It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It was difficult talking to anyone at desk.

Location was convenient. Coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator were newer. The bathroom was clean.

the setting: ducks and geese on a pond, picnic tables under trees. we've stayed there before [ when managed by previous owner] several times and always enjoyed it. it's close by to a friend's home and very convenient to most needs.
Available for an hour early check-in, clean bathroom, good shower. OUR NAME CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY PART OF OUR COMMENTARY!

Ok for one night quick stop
it would be dishonest and misleading to other travelers to say we liked anything about this property. We booked it for the location as it was a convenient stop before finishing our drive to outer Cape Cod.
They didn't have any.
The Earl of Sandwich was close to everything in Sandwich, easy to get to. Parking was good and although I didn’t end up using it, the pool looked great.
Check in and out was easy.
Bed was extremely comfortable and the room had comfortable chairs.
Property was charming.
It was like feeling in the middle of Asian countries. There was a wooden swing in the garden and we enjoyed our stay.
